ProApto RIMATOR Suit is the multispectral ghillie suit designed for camouflage across the full infrared spectrum. This Multispectral Ghillie offers simultaneous camouflage in the VIS - NIR - SWIR - MWIR - LWIR - LIDAR spectrums. 

Rimator is specifically  designed to stay on the ground, for slow movements across multiple hours, or, if required a few days. It is not packable, it is something you cannot carry around. You have to be deployed with it, or the suit has to be left "already in place". 

Rimator weighs between 3.5kg and 6.9kg, depending on the configuration and operational requirements. Multiple options are available, including waterproof, fire-resistant, and amphibious variants. The commonconfiguration include ProApto's proprietary patented technology implemented with para-aramid inner layer for antiperforationa and flame protection. The inner layer in contact with the body is made of 100% Italian merino wool for optimal thermoregulation.

 

The system also allows for the integration of natural vegetation to enhance concealment. It features a detachable hood with inner pokects for cooling systems or spacers, the hood is connected with the jacket via toggles. The jacket features 8 external pockets for tools and sustainements and multiple internal pockets for padding, spacers and cooling systems. The trousers features 4 external pokects for gear, and 10 pokects for padding, spacer and cooling systems. The trousers also have connected boots covers.

 

Rimator can be washed without degrading its multispectral performance. All materials used are silent in movement. The suit can be produced in any camouflage patterns including the 18 ProApto's 2D camouflage desings​ and further enhanced with the 12 ProApto's 3D camouflage patterns.
